What's the difference between the moderate and hard second section for scoring?

The harder second section has a higher scoring ceiling, but there is more overlap than most people realize. Scores in the high 150s and low 160s can be achieved in either path. Getting the moderate second section does not cap you at a low score, and getting the hard second section does not guarantee a high one. What matters most is how accurately you answer the questions you attempt, regardless of which section you're in.
