How do I get a 5 on the GRE AWA?

Memorize a template so you don't waste time on structure. Use specific examples (historical events, scientific discoveries, personal experiences) rather than vague claims. Address at least one counterargument to show complexity of thought. Save 2 to 3 minutes at the end to proofread for typos and grammar. Practice writing a few essays under timed conditions before test day.
