How do I deal with GRE test anxiety?

Some test anxiety is normal and can even sharpen your focus. If it's severe enough to consistently drop your real scores below your practice scores, address it on two fronts: structural strategies (like the two-pass system) that reduce in-the-moment pressure, and whether accommodations might be appropriate if you have a documented anxiety disorder. For clinical-level test anxiety, talk to a medical professional.
